Omnitech installed a playground equipment at Chasta Crescent, right by Somers Trail in Mitcham for Whitehorse Council in 2020. With separate junior and senior units, a two-bay Omniswing with basket seat, an Orbit and custom timber cubby this play space caters to a wide range of ages and abilities. Along with the equipment, Omnitech also supplied and installed the fencing and garden beds.

The junior unit includes easy access to the two slides and interactive panel to cater for young children and those with different abilities, while the senior Activity Box unit has more challenging climbing, crawling and overhead activities to reach an enclosed tube slide from the top of the unit. It was great to work with Whitehorse Council on another successful project, and we appreciate the positive feedback we have received regarding the community’s enjoyment of this playground.
